Delivery
DEXPEL charges Rs. 200/- for shipping on standard orders. There are no hidden charges. Bulky orders shipped cost will be more depending on the weight and volume.
When you order from our website and your order is confirmed, we will ensure that your Order gets dispatched within 24 hours and gets delivered within 3 to 5 business days at max. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.
We ship to the following locations. If your area is not listed below, don’t worry, place your orders and select any advance payment method such as Telenor Easy Paisa or Bank Deposit. Then deposit the payment and we will dispatch your order through a courier which is available in your area.

DEXPEL will never Ask, Save or Access your credit card details either through our website, over the phone or on email.
What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?
Cash On Delivery is the easiest payment option available to our customers. You can avail this payment option on all major cities. When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. Our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched - This is only done with first time orders, returning orders are automatically confirmed and dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us on +923054115292 to confirm the purchase within 24 hours of making the purchase. Failing to confirm the purchase will lead to order cancellation. For COD the shipping and the billing cannot be different, the shipping address automatically be treated as the billing address, if you want to gift a parcel then please pay in advance so that we can send that parcel as ZERO COD.
Is there a purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 2,000/-, beyond which purchases can only be made using Telenor Easy Paisa, Bank Deposit, or any mode of advance payment.
All Wholesale Bulk orders payments will be made in advance regardless of their value.
How to pay through UBL Omni (Recommended)
Payment of your desired product is just 5 steps away:
1. Visit any Omni shop with your original CNIC and photocopy of CNIC.
2. Ask the retailer to send the money to the following Account

5. You will then email us the Transaction ID + Pass code + Ammount at orders@dexpel.com that you sent, DEXPEL will confirm your order as soon as payment is confirmed.
